As regards Chelsea’s news, the Blues have signed 12 players this summer transfer window. While they have been able to offload 15 first-team players.

Nevertheless, one of the Blues former players set to retire from professional football. At least he has achieved many things in the world of football.

Of course, many ex-Chelsea players are still making waves in Europe’s top-5 leagues. The likes of Pedro, Tammy Abraham, and the rest are perfect examples.

Based on Chelsea’s news, Eden Hazard intends to retire from professional football. Of course, the Belgian magnifico is currently without a club in Europe.

Real Madrid terminated his contract at the end of the 2022-2023 campaign. And he literally became a free agent this summer transfer window, with no club at the moment.

Hazard was once linked with a move to Inter Miami in Major League Soccer. However, the Belgian magnifico desired to continue playing in Europe’s top-5 leagues.

As a matter of fact, Chelsea were once interested in the player. They actually want him to bolster their attack so as to stay afloat in the Premier League.

Eden Hazard cannot be forgotten in Chelsea’s history. He achieved many things at Stamford Bridge, having seen his all-around statistics with the Blues family.

However, the Belgian magnifico has been unfortunate since he left the club. His move to Real Madrid in La Liga didn’t go as planned for him throughout his stay with Los Blancos.

As a result, the Spanish side were forced to terminate his contract. Because he has had back-to-back injuries at the club since his arrival at Santiago Bernabéu from Chelsea.

Meanwhile, he’s currently with no club. Hazard refused to move to Saudi Arabia, believing he could revive his career in Europe’s top-5 leagues, at 32-year-old.

At the same time, Eden rejected his representatives to find options in Brazil, Turkey, and the rest. The Belgium international believes he can keep making waves in Europe’s top-5 leagues.

However, Eden Hazard hasn’t actually made a decision. Nevertheless, he’s set to retire from professional football at the age of 32, as per Chelsea’s news.
